The John Carroll wrestling team has been predicted to finish fourth both in the 2010-11 OAC Dual Meet Poll and OAC Championship Poll, in a vote conducted by the conference coaches.

John Carroll lost All-American Ben Adams to graduation, but returns conference placewinners in David Malkus (141 pounds), Connor Suba (149 pounds) and Sean Gill (165 pounds). Suba lost just one match at last year's conference tournament, and that was to eventual champion Richie Clark of Mount Union. Gill, with 18 career victories in his first two seasons, should be a factor against at 165.

Sophomore John Cobos at 125 pounds, senior Kevin Nycz at 133 pounds,  junior Vinny Pizzuli at 157 pounds, junior Bryan Steinmetz at 184 pounds, senior Jim Nemunaitis at 197 pounds and senior Tim Lambert at the heavyweight spot  are all returning letterwinners for the Blue Streaks.

JCU gets its season underway on November 20th when they participate in the Catholic Invitational Tournament in Erie, PA.
