Put the rest of the OAC on notice: Heather Gilmour is heating, and just in time for the conference championships.  The accomplished senior put up her best day of the season against Baldwin-Wallace on Saturday, taking home individual titles in the 50- and 100-Free and helping the 200-Medley Relay team of herself, Melissa Fillmore, Samantha Mossman, and Katie Mathews to victory.
