Won the shot put title at the Kenyon Kick Off Meet Saturday to help kick start the 2007-2008 indoor track & field season in gear for the John Carroll Blue Streaks. A senior and three-year letterwinner for the Blue Streaks, McPeek placed first in the shot put by over a foot ahead of the nearest competitor, posting the winning distance of 47-5.00 (14.45 m).
