Dave Hosea was a three-time All-Presidents' Athletic Conference selection during his 3-year John Carroll career. A second-teamer in 1973 and 1974 and a first-team selection in 1975, Hosea is one of five Blue Streaks to achieve 3-time All-PAC status. Hosea led the Blue Streaks to third-place PAC finishes in 1973 and 1975, with the 13 wins in 1973 then tying for third-most in program history. In 1974 and 1975, Hosea finished as JCU's leading scorer, averaging 17.0 and 16.5 points per game, respectively. Hosea served as team captain for both his sophomore and junior campaigns. Hosea finished his career in the top 10 of five stat categories: fourth in made field goals and rebounds, sixth in total points and free throw percentage, and ninth in scoring average.
