Kramer was a three-year letter winner and starter at Linebacker for John Carroll who helped his teams capture the 1971 and 1973 Presidents’ Athletic Conference championship.
Kramer was a two-time All-PAC selection (1972 and 1973) when he lead the team in tackles and the team posted a record of 14-4-2. A First Team All-Conference selection in 1973, Kramer was the team’s Most Outstanding Lineman award winner as well as the Cleveland Touchdown Club local college Football Player of the Year.
