Junior Lee Jennings and senior Caitlin Sureck were selected to the 2010 All-Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Basketball team in a vote of the league's ten head coaches.

After two seasons on the second team, Jennings ascended onto the first team in 2010. As the only player in the league to rank among the top ten in points, rebounds and assists per game, Jennings led the OAC in scoring this season by averaging 22.0 points per contest. She also led the conference in assists (5.60), and was fourth in steals (1.92) and seventh in rebounds (7.3).

Jennings, who scored 550 points this year to set a school record, is the first John Carroll to earn first team recognition in the OAc since Shayla Bell in 2006, and is the fourth overall joining Bell (2005 and 2006), Darlen Sheehan (1994) and Cindy Shumaker (1993 and 1994).

Following a junior campaign in which she earned honorable mention all-league status, Sureck was elevated to the All-OAC second team in her final year as a Blue Streak. She ended the season ranked second in the conference in field goal percentage (.492) and blocked shots per game (2.48), and was fifth in rebounds (8.2) and eighth in points (14.0).

Sureck set the school records for blocked shots in a season (62) and career (190).

John Carroll finished the 2009-2010 campaign with a record of 11-14 overall and 8-10 (T-6th) in the OAC.
