Recorded John Carroll's top finish at the 2007 Ohio Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships, which were hosted by JCU at nearby Highland Golf Course in Cleveland, Ohio. Thorne earned honorable mention All-OAC accolades (along with Blue Streak teammate Mary Gilloon) by crossing the finish line in 12th place with a time of 24:23.11. Her efforts enabled John Carroll to finish fifth out of ten teams.
