Senior David Hickey is accoladed with this weeks title of Athlet of the Week for his efforts in the 2011 OAC Gold Meet. Hickey had a hand in scoring 23 of the Blue Streaks 107 points, a major contribution to John Carrolls fourth place finish at the event. 

In the hurdles, Hickey had a first place showing, clocking in at 55.55 in the 400 -meter hurdles. Also, Hickey was part of the 4 x 400 quartet that finished as OAC Gold runner-ups with a time of 3:34.09.
