This past weekend Junior corss country runner, Nick Wojtasik, heavily contributed to John Carroll placing first among all Ohio Athletic Conference schools and eighth overall at the 2011 NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Championships. JCU had all five of its runner place in the top 70, finishing with  a total score of 260 points. Wojtasik was the first JCU runner to place at 36th with a time of 26:06.98.

Wojtasik just missed earning all-region honors (top 35).
