After defeating CWRU senior Kyle Weaver in his first collegiate match, Gott followed up his first collegiate win with an impressive performance at the Mercyhurst Laker Open this past weekend. Gott went 3-0 over the weekend and claimed a first place finish in the 157 pound bracket, becoming the lone title winner at the event for JCU.
