After leading the Blue Streaks in nearly every statistical pitching category last season, including wins, innings pitched and strikeouts, Blue Streaks senior Brittany Danilov is back at it again this season.
Danilov helped guide the Blue Streaks to a 9-1 record to start the season as they competed in the NTC Spring Games in Orlando, Fla. during Spring Break. The senior pitcher INSERT STATS HERE
Despite suffering the lone loss of the road trip against No. 19 Moravian College, Danilov had a solid day as she allowed only three hits and one earned run while striking out five batters in seven innings of work as the Blue Streaks fell 3-0.
The 9-1 mark posted by the Blue Streaks thus far is the best record through 10 games for any Ohio Athletic Conference team this season. John Carroll outscored their opponents 51-16 during their week-long stay in the Sunshine State, and allowed one run or less in seven of their nine victories.
