The senior distance runner from Indianapolis, Indiana is earning this honor for her performance at the Joe Banks Invitational on February 6th.  She was the only JCU woman to win her individual event.  She took the top spot in the 5000 meter run with a time of 19:29.96.  Bill's best finish last year was 4th in the mile at the Great Cleveland Championship.
