Senior Matt Andrews has culminated his indoor track career, becoming an OAC Indoor Champion in two separate events, and garnering 2018 OAC Indoor Track & Field Distance Runner of the Year Honors.
Andrews finished first in both the 3,000 meter (8:48.16) and the 5,000 meter (15:01.35), and sixth in the mile, over the weekend, helping the Blue Streaks tie a program-best finish at the annual tournament. JCU finished second at the Indoor Championships, collecting 111 team points, with the help of Andrews' two first-place finishes.
