Gambone made her reappearance with the Blue Streaks this week, after being out since September 10 with an injury. She wasted no time, having a team-high 17 kills against Ohio Athletic Conference opponent Wilmington College. Her 17 kills were enough to put her in third for the most kills by a JCU player this season. In the eight games she played last week, Gambone had 25 kills, five digs and five blocks. To date, Gambone has 1,026 kills and 286 digs in her four-year career as a Blue Streak.
