Ian had himself a big weekend at both the GVSU Big Meet and the All-Ohio Championships. On Friday at GVSU, Ian shattered the school record in the mile run with a time of 4:12.75. This effort also gave him a national qualifying bid. On Saturday, Ian was one of four champions for JCU as he won the 800-meter run in a time of 1:57.24.
