Became John Carroll's only All-Ohio champion in 2008 by racing to first place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a career best time of 11:54.62. Helped John Carroll finish 10th of 19 teams at the 2008 All-Ohio Division III Track & Field Championships, held at Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio. In the 3,000-meter steeplechase, Myers bested the field by nine seconds.
