Adams placed second in the 184 lb. weight class at the RIT Invitational on Saturday. He went 3-1, winning against wrestlers from Case Western, Waynesburg University and Baldwin-Wallace. He won two of these matches by fall. On Tuesday, Dec. 2, he beat Mount Union's Jeremy Hathaway by a major decision. The match against Mount Union was Adams' 2008-09 debut.
