Otterbein erupted for three second half goals to break open a scoreless match, sending John Carroll to a 3-1 defeat this afternoon in Westerville, Ohio.

Becky Bowser, Rachel Degen, and Sara Vasbinder each score a goal for the Cards over a stretch of 20 minutes beginning with Bowser's goal at 61:14 that broke the 0-0 tie. Bowser headed a ball off a cross to get the Cardinals on the board.

The Blue Streaks finally broke through in the 87th minute on a Caitlyn Walton free kick with just over four minutes left in the match.

JCU falls to 5-8-1 overall and 1-3-1 in league play, while Otterbein improves to 7-5-1 and 4-1 in the OAC.
