John Carroll won four times Friday night, but Hiram's depth in events such as the butterfly and freestyle proved to be the difference in a 128-106 Terriers victory in a non-conference dual meet held in Hiram, Ohio.

Heidi Benson and Kristen Kovach were both part of two wins for the Blue Streaks. Benson's first place finishes were both solo efforts, winning the 200 IM in 2:38.01, and the 800 Free in 9:47.50.

Kovach won an individual event -- the 100 Breast (1;22.95) -- and teamed with Kim Kern, Katie Mathews and Andrea Kovacs to place first in the 200 Medley relay (2:11.58).

The loss drops John Carroll's record on the season to 3-5.
