Victoria Taggart earned a top ten in the grueling 400 IM at the 2010 City Colleges Meet
Although John Carroll did not score a victory as the only non-scholarship program competing in the 2010 City Colleges Meet held Tuesday at Cleveland State's Robert F. Busbey Natatorium, several swimmers provided individial highlights.

JCU fell by a 138-61 score to NAIA Notre Dame, 148-66 to NCAA Division I Canisius, and 198-33 to NCAA Division and host host Cleveland State.
Megan Carrig and
Julia Adams had the highest individual finishes for the Blue Streaks. Carrig placed fourth in the 1000 Free (11:40.12), while Adams had two fourth-place efforts -- in the 400 IM (4:55.70) and the 100 Back (1:03.50).
Earning top six finishes were
Maggie Donoghue in the 200 Free (6th, 2:05.22),
Rachael Mizner in the 500 Free (6th, 5:37.35) and
Sara Knezevich in the 100 Breast (6th, 1:13,42).
