Box Score With a roster as healthy as it has been all season, the John Carroll women's soccer team went to work Friday afternoon on its mission to chase down an Ohio Athletic Conference title.
It was a productive day of work to say the least. Scoring six goals in a game for the first time since October 16, 2010, the Blue Streaks dismantled the visiting Marietta Pioneers, 6-1, at Don Shula Stadium.

Amanda Buxton opened up the second half scoring with her first goal of the year just three-and-a-half minutes in.
Ashley Huebler capped John Carroll's scoring with her first career goal in the 77th minute.
Marietta averted the shutout when Cara Nuss scored on a breakaway in the 84th minute.
JCU finished the match with a 24-6 shot advantage, including 15-2 in shots on goal.
The win moves John Carroll to 5-4 overalla nd 1-0 in the OAC, whiel marietta falls to 1-6-1 and 0-1 in league play.
