John Carroll baseball fell in a non-conference game to Case Western Reserve University, 7-3, at Nobby's Ballpark in Cleveland, Ohio.
JCU falls to 15-18 on the year, with one doubleheader to go in the regular season against Marietta.
Monroe Donnelly was 2-for-5 at the plate. Aaron Zawadski was 1-for-2 in the game.
Mike Raschilla had an RBI.

CWRU scored two in the bottom of the first inning, and JCU quickly answered in the next frame. Raschilla singled to left for one run, and Zawadski had a sacrifice fly to score a second.
The Spartans scored two in the fourth and three in the seventh to cap off the victory.
