Senior Ryan Berger added his name to an impressive list of past winners from the John Carroll program when he was selected to both the 2020 All-Great Lakes District Second Team by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) and the 2020 D3hoops.com All-Region Third Team.

Ryan Berger, who was also chosen to All-Ohio Athletic Conference first team this season, put together a career-best campaign by pacing the team and finishing third in the conference with 18.8 points per game. Ryan Berger scored a total of 526 points during the regular season, pushing his career total to 1,397 points, good for ninth all time in John Carroll history. 

In addition to his scoring, Berger averaged 4.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.1 steals per game. He shot .490 from the field, .815 from the free throw line, and .387 from long range.

John Carroll finished the season 19-9 overall and 10-8 (T-3rd) in the Ohio Athletic Conference
