Dalziel, Gowetski, Roberts, and Sneyd Notch College Sports Communicators Academic All-District

The quartet guided the Blue Streaks in the pool and in the classroom

UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS -- A quartet of Blue Streaks were honored by the College Sports Communicators. 

Mairin Dalziel, JJ Gowetski, Grace Roberts, and Marina Sneyd and garnered College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors. 

Mairin Dalziel finished her career for John Carroll Women's Swimming and Diving on a high note. The Royal Oak, Michigan native was one of the team's top stars earning many accolades throughout her career. The Early Childhood Education major excelled in the classroom earning her spot on the CSC squad for the third straight year, the lone repeat this year for the Streaks. 

JJ Gowetski had an exceptional year for the Blue Streaks. The sophomore has continued to be a force in the pool earning good placements in the NCAC Championships. The Cell & Molecular Biology major shined bright in the classroom snagging CSC Academic All-District honors. 

Grace Roberts capped off a great swimming season. The junior was impressive for the Blue Streaks, giving top times throughout the season. The Nursing major worked hard in the classroom earning her a spot on the CSC Academic All-District team. 

Marina Sneyd enjoyed a banner junior season for JCU Women's Swimming and Diving. The Bloomfield Hills, Michigan native produced for the Blue Streaks in the pool while becoming a strong leader. She is a highly achieved Biology major, earning her CSC Academic All-District honors.
