- Finished 20th at the first meet of the season at the Sudeck Classic Stampede with a time of 20.32.4 (8/31)
- Finished 4th overall in the open race at the Knight Invitational, crossing the line in 26:39.3
- Ran Pre-Nats in Lousiville with a time of 29.29.2 (10/5)
- At the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble, ran a 25:50.4, helping the Blue Streaks place 9th as a team (10/19)
- Finished at the OAC Championships with a time of 26:56.7 (11/2)
- Finished 174th with a time of 25:54.4 at the 2019 DIII National Championsips helping John Carroll to a team overall finish in 19th place, best in program history (11/23)
2018 Cross Country
- Ran in every race this season
- Ran in the Sudek Sundown Classic finishing 13th (20:30.0)
- Competed in The National Catholic Invitational finishing 35th (27:30.05)
- Ran in the All-Ohio championship race placing 27th with a career best time of (25:47.8)
- Competed in the OAC championships placing 20th (27:20.2)
- Finished the season at Regionals placing 78th with a time of (26:39.6)
2017 Cross Country
- Finished the Inter - Regional Open meet in 27:33.9
- Ran the All - Ohio meet in 27.22.2
- Placed 35th at the Tiffleberg Open with a 27:36.7 time
- Finished in 29th place at the Sudeck Sundown Classic with a time of 20:35.7 to start the season.
2016 Cross Country
- He started the season with a 21:52 6k at the Sudeck Sunset Classic Stampede
- After running a 29:30.7 8k at the Yellowjacket Invite, Jack improved by a minute, 33 seconds at the Inter-Regional Rumble (27:57)
- At the OAC, he placed 90th in a time of 29:10.4.
Academics & Personal
- Intends to major in Economics and minor in Statistics
- Member of CFC and took part in Manresa
- Pursuing a career as a scout for a professional baseball team.
