- Ran a PR of 24:47.9 at the 2021 Paul Short Invitational, placing 101st in the gold race. (10/01)
- Arnold helped the team place 1st with a top 20 finish out of 306 overall runners at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble with a time of 26:06.2 in the varsity race. (10/16)Â
- Finished 14th with a time of 25:48.5 at the 2021 OAC Cross Country Championships. (10/30)Â
- Made his last cross country appearance at the 2021 NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championships, placing 127th with a time of 24:58.8 and helping the team place 4th in the country. (11/20)
2019 Cross Country
- Ran his first collegiate 8k at the Knight Invitational, posting a time of 26:25.6, finishing 49th (9/7)
- Another impressive 8k debut as he finished 36th overall in Pre-Nationals race with a time of 25.12.9 (10/5)Â
- Placed eighth in a Runner-up team performance at the OAC Championships with a time of 26:08.0, earning first team All-OAC (11/2)Â
- Finished 46th at the 2019 Great Lakes Regional Championships, clocking in with a time of 25:11.0, helping the team to a third place finish (11/16)
- Finished 168th with a time of 25:52.7 at the 2019 DIII National Championships helping John Carroll to a team overall finish in 19th place, best in program history (11/23)Â

- Ran in the Sudek Sundown International where he finished 36th (21:49.5)
