2022 Cross Country

• Capped off his senior campaign in storytale fashion, competing in his first ever NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships (11/19/2022). Amidst tough conditions, Shah raced a time of 25:58.7 to place 78th amongst 292 total runners in the field.
• Finished top-25 (24th place) in a PR time of 24:54.7 (0.6 second PR) to earn All-Region Honors for the first time in his career at the 2022 NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional (11/12/2022).
• Earned second team All-OAC honors during his last OAC Championship Meet, placing just 11th out of 159 total runners in the field (10/29/2022)
• During the highly competitive gold division at the Paul Short Invitational, Shah raced to a big PR time of 24:55.3, besting 205 runners in the field (09/30/2022). This new 8k PR improved on his previous mark by 18.2 seconds.
• Shah embarked on his final Blue Streak cross-country season at the MSU Spartan Invitational, where he placed 79th amongst 256 total runners in an 8k time of 26:28.2 (09/16/2022)

2021 Cross Country

• Running in the Sudeck Classic, Shah finished 4th with a 6k time of 19:37.8. (09/02)
• At the All-Ohio Championships, Shah placed 44th with a time of 26:33.4. (09/17)
• Finished 161st with a time of 25:13.5 in the Men's Gold Division of the Paul Short Invitational. (10/01)
• Placed 58th amongst 306 overall runners in the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble with a time of 27:06.2. (10/16)
• Finished 20th at the OAC Championships in a time of 26:11.9, helping his team to the first conference win in program history. (10/30)

• Finished 31st in the first meet of the season at the Sudeck Classic Stampede with a time of 21:00 (8/31)
• In helping the Blue Streaks place 9th as a team at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble, ran a time of 26:55.8 (10/19)
• Finished with a time of 28:24.2 at the OAC Championships (11/2) 

• Ran Cross Country and Track for coaches Dave Lee and Joe Vecchio at Walsh Jesuit High School
• Member of the National Honor Society
