  • Concluded his season and JCU career by coming back and earning his first-ever National Championship at the 2022 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 5000m race with a time of 14:28.54 to secure a team runner-up finish for the Blue Streaks, which is now the highest finish in program history.   • Achieved a runner-up finish in the 10000m race at the 2022 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships, posting a time of 30:05.03, finishing behind teammate Alex Phillip to score major points for the Blue Streaks. (05/26/22)
  • Came back and scored some major points for the Blue Streaks in the 5000m race, posting a time of 14:39.08, placing fourth. (05/06/22)
  • Earned All-OAC accolades in the 10000m (2nd - 30:19.40) and 1500m (3rd - 3:53.77) races at the 2022 OAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships. (05/05-06/22)

  • Earned a top ten finish in the 5000m race placing ninth with a time of 14:37.45 at the 2021 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field National Championships on 05/27/2021. 
  • Placed seventh in the 10000m race at the 2021 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field National Championships, earning All-American honors with a time of 30:39.23 on 05/27/2021. 
  • Ran at the Harrison Dillard Twilight in the 800m race, posting a time of 2:01.62 on 05/14/2021. 
  • Earned All-OAC honors in the 10000m race, placing third with a time of 30:01.42 at the OAC Outdoor Championships on 05/06/2021. 
  • Placed third in the 5000m race, posting a PR of 14:30.13 at the Outdoor OAC Elite Meet on 04/17/2021. 
  • Shattered the school record and placed second in the 10000m race running 29:49.21 at the Sparky Adams Invite on 04/02/2021.
