2010 campaign got off to a notable start when he was tabbed with Blue Streak teammates Tom Hickey and Brian Benander on the Buckeye State Baseball watch list for the upcoming season ... Preseason accolades come on th heels of strong summer showing when he was named to the 2009 Cleveland Adult Baseball Federation (CABF) American Division All-Star Team ... Started five games in his 12 appearances on the mound for the Blue Streaks in the 2009 campaign ... Ranked third on the team in ERA with a mark of 4.41 ... Tied for third in wins (3) ... Struck out 25 batters in 34.2 innings pitched ... Had an 8-2 record with a 1.7 ERA his senior year at Brecksville High School ... Made second team All-Ohio and first team all-conference that year ...  Was also voted team MVP as a senior...  Was a member of the National Honors Society with a 3.8 GPA at Brecksville ...  Plans to major in accounting at John Carroll ... Carries a 3.53 GPA ...
