Biography

Has pitched over 100 innings in his career and should play a big role in the Blue Streaks title hopes heading into the 2011 season.

2010
Had eight starts among his thirteen appearances in 2010 ... Tallied a team high 45 strikeouts ... His best game against John Jay on Februrary 28, where in five innings, allowed three hits, zero runs, and posted four strikeouts in the 23-0 victory ... Also had wins in starts against Mount Union (4/21 and Ohio Northern (5/8) in OAC play ... Had a season high ten strikeouts against 2010 OAC tournament champion Heidelberg (4/27).

2009
Appeared in eight games during the 2009 season before sitting out for the remainder of the season due to injury.

2008
Did a tremendous job for the Blue Streaks as a freshman that season ... Named an honorable mention to the Division III Rawlings/ABCA Baseball All-Mideast Region Team ... Also garnered Second Team All-OAC recognition ... His ERA of 1.70 was the best in the OAC ... Opponents batted just a .186 against him, good for second best in the OAC ... Struck out 89 and walked just nine ... Had a 6-1 record ... Had five games with more than five strikeouts, and three games where he allowed no runs ... One of his best efforts came in a win against St. Vincent College, where he struck out six and walked zero (3/1/).

A member of a State Runner-Up team at Mentor … First team Lake County and Division I All-Star.
