2013
Scored four of his team's 69 points by finishing fifth in the 1500-meter run at the All-Ohio Division III Track & Field Championships, running 4:00.32 and shattering his personal record ... Placed eighth in the 800-meter run in a season-best 2:00.47 at the Amy Adams Memorial Invitational ... Opened up his outdoor season with the 5k at the Charlotte 49er Classic, racing to a personal-best 15:11.04 ... Earned his first All-Ohio honor in the 3k by finishing third in 8:50.26 ... Placed fourth, sixth, and sixth in the 3k, mile, and 1000m at the OAC Indoor Championships, respectively - key to a second place team finish, another program best ... Finished in 69th place as the third JCU runner at the Great Lakes Regional Meet in 26:37.3, as his team secured another top-ten regional finish.

2012
Finished fifth in the 5k at the OAC Outdoor Championships a day after leading off the fifth-place 4x800-meter relay team ... Won the OAC North Split Meet 3k in a season-best 8:59.78 ... Lowered his personal record in the mile at the Kent State Tune-Up by racing to a quick 4:18.75 ... Racked up 16 points for JCU at the OAC Indoor Championships, earning his first all-conference nod in the mile ... Placed 33rd at the OAC cross country meet 8k (27:12.3), helping JCU place third for the best finish in program history ... Took 46th (26:19.72) at Great Lakes Regionals as JCU finished eighth overall as a team.

Ran to an eighth-place finish in the mile at the OAC Indoor Championships ... Finished 41st overall at 2010 cross country OAC Championships, and 96th (26:54.3) in the Great Lakes Regionals 8k.

Broke the two-minute barrier for the first time with a 1:59.3 800m performance at the BW Sparky Adams Invitational ... Placed eighth in the one mile run and fifth in the 1,000 meter at indoor Jim Wuske Invitational ... Took eighth in the 1,000 meter (2:41.75) at the OAC Indoor Championships ... Placed 38th at the Bill Sudeck Classic cross country meet in first collegiate race.
