2013
On the fourth place 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relay teams at the All-Ohio Division III Track & Field Championships ... Colbert turned in a best-ever 1:08.46 performance in the final of the 500-meter dash, earning fourth, and was a member of the second place 4x400-meter relay team that secured a second overall team finish for JCU at the OAC Indoor Championships.

2012
Contributed to all relay teams at the OAC Outdoor Meet, highlighted by a fifth-place showing for the 4x800-meter team ... Helped both the 4x200-meter and 4x400-meter relay teams to sixth place finishes at the OAC Indoor Championships.

2011
Member of the seventh place 4x800-meter relay team and the fifth-place 4x400-meter team at the OAC Outdoor Championship Meet ... Broke the two-minute barrier and placed second in the 800-meter dash at the Kenyon Spring Invitational in a time of 1:59.3 ... Secured team points in the 400-meter dash, 4x200-meter relay, and 4x400-meter relay at OAC Indoors ... Picked up a pair of victories at the Greater Cleveland College Championship, winning the 200-meter and 400-meter sprints ... Won the BW Mid-January Meet 500-meter dash in 1:09.1, a season best.

2010
Led the 4x800-meter relay team to eighth place on day one of the OAC Outdoor Championships, then guided the 4x400-meter team to fourth place on day two ... Gutted out a personal best 49.99 in the 400-meter dash at the Sparky Adams Invitational ... Began his outdoor campaign with a 2:00.6 performance in the 800-meter run at the Charlotte 49er Classic ... Raced to a speedy 23.49 run in the 200-meter dash at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala.

Was 2008 AAU Junior Olympic Games qualifier in the 1,500 meter run ... Was 2008-2009 High School Indoor Track Championship qualifier for  200, 400, and 800 meter run ... Placed fifth in the 400 meter dash at the state championship ... Runner-up in cross country city championship in 2009 ... A member of the National Honors Society in high school.
