With her experience on the field over the past three years as a senior she will show her leadership and talents to be one of the top players on the field for the Blue Streaks

2010
Tallied her first two-goal game against Oberlin (9/11) in a 3-0 victory...Played a total of 20 games this season...Ranked 3rd in points, 3rd in goals, 4th in assists, 1st in shots, and 3rd in goal winning points for JCU's category leaders...Ranked 10th in assists for OAC category leaders

2009
Played in 21 games as a sophomore to earn her second letter … Had four goals on the year, tallying one each against Cortland (9/5/09), Allegheny (9/30/09), Wilmington (10/24/09), and Muskingum (10/31/09) ... Also had two assists on the season ... JCU is 3-0-1 when she records an assist.

2008
Logged time in 20 matches ... Scored a pair of goals, including the first of her career against Culver Stockton (9/5/08) in the first game of the 2008 Carroll Classic ... Both goals were game winners that season.

High School
Garnered first team all-conference honors in both her junior and senior seasons at Perry (OH) High School ... Also selected to the 2007 All-Greater Cleveland first team ... Helped guide her team to the District quarterfinals of the 2007 Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) state tournament ... Graduated magna cum laude as an honors student at Perry  ... Involved with Relay for Life and World Language Club in high school.

A Psychology major at John Carroll (concentration on child & family), and carries a 3.0 grade point average ... Postgraduate plans are to attend graduate school for Psychology ... On campus involved wihth Relay for Life ... Volunteers for Milestones Austism Organization ... Her older brother, John Grdina, was a three-year letterwinning pitcher with the Blue Streak baseball program from 2002-2004 ... Daughter of Thomas and Susan Grdina.
