Biography

This battle-tested senior running back will be a leader amongst the crowded John Carroll backfield in his final year of eligibility ... One of only 10 players to rush for over 2,000 yards in JCU career.

First team All-OAC honoree ... Tied for second in the conference with 11 rushing touchdowns ... Had 664 yards on 146 carries this season ... Also a viable threat out of the backfield with 25 receptions for 197 yards and a score ... Recorded third 100+-yard rushing game against the Yellow Jackets finishing with 115 yards on 29 carries ... Scooted in from 37 yards out in win over Otterbein for second of two touchdowns ... Sealed the win with a 6-yard run on first play of fourth quarter ... Hauled in four passes for 30 yards in 41-0 triumph over St. Norbert College ... Tied career-high with three touchdowns in win over Capital and followed it up with three scores at Marietta ... Rushed for 177 yards against the Pioneers including over 100 in the first quarter alone ... Scored twice in Heidelberg game finding the end zone for first time in three weeks.

2012
Played in all 10 games, Lead team in rushing yards with 385. Amassed 331 recieving and scored four touchdowns. Ran for a season-high 137 yards against cross-town rival Bladwin Wallace. Named All-OAC second team.

2011
Rushed for 110 yards in two games before injuries ended his season … Caught eight passes for 82 yards and a touchdown, scoring JCU’s first points of 2012 in a 24-17 loss to Case Reserve (9/3).

2010
Carried the ball 111 times for a total of 758 yards in only seven games ... Added eight rushing touchdowns on the year and three more on the receiving end ... Ended his sophomore season with 963 all-purpose yards, and 6.8 yards per carry ... He averaged 137.6 all-purpose yards per game ... Against Heidelberg (11/6/10), he carried the ball 24 times for 174 yards and two touchdowns ... He also caught the ball three times for 68 yards and a touchdown for a total of 242 all-purpose yards ... Against cross town rival Baldwin Wallace (11/13/10), he totaled 227 all-purpose yards ... Toted the ball 20 times for a career-high 187 yards and added three rushing touchdowns ... Was awarded JCU Offensive Player of the Week for his performances against Muskingum and Heidelberg.

2009
Carried the ball 107 times for a team-leading 438 yards and three touchdowns as a freshman to earn his first varsity letter ... Was one of just five freshmen to letter for JCU in 2009 ... Also caught 26 passes for 169 yards and two touchdowns in the nine games he played ... Had at least one reception in every game, and scored a touchdown in five of his nine appearances ... Best single-game all-purpose yardage effort came against Wilmington (10/3/09), when he rolled up 135 yards (45 rushing, 57 receiving, 33 kick return) ... Season-best rushing total was 75 yards against Heidelberg (9/26/09).

Was part of a state championship team in his senior year at Bishop Luddin High School in New York ... Participated in football, track and basketball.
