John Carroll University Athletics

Nothing but good things seem to be in store for this sophomore, who took the OAC by storm last season, picking up 20 wins and a fourth place finish in the OAC Tournament ... Will be an exciting wrestler to watch in 2011-12. 

2010-2011
Was Athlete of the Week (12/7/10) for his outstanding performance at the 45th Annual Rochester Institute of Technology Wrestling Invitational ... Overtook the second seed in a surprise 8-0 shutout and won two other matches to advance to the championship round ... Was one of only three Blue Streaks to compete in the championship round ... Ended his season fourth at the OAC Championships with a final record of 20-16. 

High School
Placed twice in the Iron Man competition while at Parma (OH) Padua Franciscan High School ... A two-time state qualifier ... Placed at states in his senior year ... Ranked in the top-30 of all seniors listed at the 171 lb weight class in the country ... Member of the Padua Honor Roll ... Served as a Eucharistic Minister ... Eagle Scout.
