2010-11
Played in 19 games for the Blue Streaks, including eight starts ... Proved to be a valuable piece to the puzzle as he averaged 11.4 points per game while only averaging 17.7 minutes per game ... Scored a career-high 24 points in only 29 minutes against Marietta College (2/26).

2009-10
Logged time in five games for the Blue Streaks in his sophomore season ... Saw time in both of John Carroll's wins at the University of Scranton Radisson Invitational in late November ... Scored his first points of the year when he hit two shots and a free throw to total five points in a win over Baldwin-Wallace (12/2/2009).

2008-09
Hester got on the court twice in his freshman campaign ... Made his debut in a John Carroll uniform when he logged six minutes and scored two points on free throws against Buffalo State in the Buffalo State Coles Classic (11/22/2008) ... Also saw time against Ohio Northern (12/20/2008).

High School
Was a four-year letterwinner in basketball for Ashtabula (OH) Lakeside High School and earned a pair of letters in football.
