Point scorere in the mile at the OAC Championships taking sixth with time of 4:28.72 ... Added fourth in the mile at the Otterbein Invitational with time of 4:31.70 ... Placed fifth in the 3k at the OAC North Split Meet with time of 9:03.50 ... Placed eighth in the mile at the SPIRE North Coast Track & Field Open.

Had a limited outdoor season ... First in the 3k steeplechase at the SRU Open (10:03.03) ... Point scorer in the 10k at the OAC Outdoor Championships crossing at 32:22.25 ... Placed fifth in the 5k at the All-Ohio Championship.

2013-14 Indoor
First in the 3k at the OAC North Split Meet finishing at 8:49.27 ... Narrowly missed All-Ohio honors placing fourth as part of the distance medley relay ... Time of 15:35.59 was good for sixth at the OAC Indoor Championships in the 5k ... Eighth in the 3k at the OAC Indoor Championships and the All-Ohio Championships ... Competed at the prestigious David Hemery Valentine Meet at Boston University.

2013 Cross Country
One of the team's top runners ... Earned first team All-OAC honors with seventh-place finish at OAC Championship (25:56) ... Had three top-10 marks on the season ... Captured eighth to earn All-Ohio distinction at 26:24.79 ... Finished fourth at Ric Sayre Invitational crossing at 26:16.53 ... Captured 13th at the Bill Sudeck Memorial and was 29th in Division III at the National Catholic Championships.

Earned All-OAC honors capturing third in the 10k clocking in at 31:43.47 ... Picked up All-Ohio honors in the 5k finishing as the runner-up ... Time of 32:35.21 was good for first in the 10k at the OAC East Split Meet ... Third in the 1,500m at the JCU Twilight Meet.

2012-13 Indoor
Sixth in the 3k at the OAC Indoor Championships ... Placed third in the 3k at the OAC Split Meet ... Added a seventh-place finish in the mile at the Joe Banks Invitational.

2012 Cross Country
Emerged as a solid runner for JCU ... Finished 11th at the OAC Championships after season-best 26:13.8 ... Also crossed 11th at the Ric Sayre Invitational with time of 27:13.2 ... Placed 25th at season-opener at Salisbury.

2012 Outdoor
Runner-up in the 3k at the Amy Adams Memorial Invitational crossing at 9:30.23 ... Third in the 5k at the Kenyon Spring Invitational clocking in at 16:11.24 ... Helped the 4x400 relay to seventh-place showing at the Amy Adams Memorial Invitational.

2011-12 Indoor
Lone indoor event was the 5k at the SPIRE North Coast Indoor Track & Field Open.

Rose to the OAC occasion and ran season best 27:12.7 at the OAC Championships, finishing in 34th place.
