2014 Cross Country
Qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championship ... Placed 10th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional to earn All-Region honors for second straight year ... Finished at 24:45.6 at regionals ... Became JCU's first OAC runner-up since Cyril Pinchak (2004) with time of 26:36.75 to earn second straight first team All-OAC honors ... Helped JCU to best-ever regional and conference finishes ... Helped JCU to first-ever All-Ohio title ... Earn All-Ohio honors for the second straight year placing sixth overall at 25:54.56 ... Earned a 10th-place finish at the Inter-Regional Rumble hosted by Oberlin.

2014 Outdoor
Earned All-OAC honors finishing as the runner-up in the 10k at the OAC Outdoor Championships ... Crossed at 31:51.09 ... Captured the 5k title at the SRU Open clocking in at 15:45.10 ... Placed seventh in the 10k at the All-Ohio Championships.

2013-14 Indoor
Earned All-Ohio honors in the 5k placing third at 15:26.23 ... Ninth at the OAC Indoor Championships in the 5k ... Took eighth in the mile at the Bob Shannon Invite.

2013 Cross Country
The team's top runner ... Earned All-Region honors with 32nd-place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Regionals ... Time of 25:44 earned him first team All-OAC honors with fourth-place finish ... All-Ohio with sixth-place finish amongst all Division III runners crossing at 26:12.5 ... Seventh in Division III at the National Catholic Championships held at the University of Notre Dame ... Fourth at the season-opening Bill Sudeck Memorial and fifth at the Ric Sayre Invitaitonal.

2013 Outdoor
Narrowly missed All-OAC honors placing fourth in the 10k at the OAC Outdoor Championships ... Crossed at 31:44.46 ... Runner-up in the 10k at the OAC East Split Meet ... Placed ninth in the 5k at the OAC Outdoor Championships.

2012-13 Indoor
Posted three top 10 marks ... Sixth in the 3k at the Joe Banks Invitational ... Crossed seventh at the OAC Split Meet ... Catpured 10th in the 5k at the OAC Indoor Championships.

2012 Cross Country
Ran in seven of the Blue Streaks' eight meets ... Best finish of season was 14th place output after 27:23.7 mark at Ric Sayre Invitational ... Had five showings of 40th place or better ... Placed 27th at OAC Championship with time of 26:47.3.

2012 Outdoor
Ran a limited outdoor slate but did have two top-10 finishes ... Eighth in the 5k at the OAC Gold Meet ... Placed 10th in the 1,500m at the Amy Adams Memorial Invitational.

2011-12 Indoor
Captured third in the 5k at the Greater Cleveland College Championship crossing at 16:31.80 ... Placed 10th in the 1,000m at the BW Mid-February Meet.

2011 Cross Country
Another Blue Streak who runs well under pressure, ran a season best 27:53.7 for 64th place at the OAC Championship meet.
