Continued to perform as one of the top middle infielders in the conference ... Earned second team All-OAC honors for the second straight year ... Fourth on the team with a .345 average ... Tied for second on the team with 38 runs ... Third on the team with 59 hits and 31 RBIs ... Strung together a 19-game hitting streak from March 7-April 18 ... Had 18 multi-hit games including four straight to cap season ... Went 3-for-5 with two RBIs and two runs helping JCU beat Heidelberg to start the OAC Tournament (5/8/14) ... Monster day against Baldwin Wallace to help JCU to first-ever OAC Tournament title (5/10/14) ... Finished 5-for-10 against the Yellow Jackets with three runs scored ... Performance against BW helped pave way to spot on OAC All-Tournament team.

2013
Had a monster sophomore campaign leading to second team All-OAC honors ... Tied for second on the team with 46 hits ... Recorded two of the Blue Streaks' nine four-hit games ... Both four-hit games came within two days of each other ... Went 4-for-5 in first half of Bluffton doubleheader (3/3) and was 4-for-6 against Moravian College two days later ... Recorded nearly one-third of his hits during Florida trip in March ... Scored multiple runs 10 times including six games with three or more runs scored.

2012
Played in 32 games, starting 30 ... Hit .214 in 112 at-bats ... Had five multi-hit games ... Had two multi-RBI games ... Accomplished a five-game hit streak that went from Blufton University (3/6) to Notre Dame College (3/21) ... Drove in 11 runs while scoring 18.

High School
Hit .352 with 17 stolen bases in his senior season at Boston College High School ... Named by the Boston Globe and Boston Herald as a 2011 Catholic Conference All-Star.

Exercise science major at JCU ... Son of Bob & Anna Sabatino ... Interned with Mars General Hospital in physical therapy.
