2017 Cross Country
Qualified for Nationals for the first time in his career and finished the 8000 meter race in 25:34.95...Had a career best time at regionals with a 10th place finish and a time of 25:45.4...Had a career best time at the OAC's with a time of 25:19.80 which was also his second time on the All OAC First Team...Has posted four top ten finishes this season, including his first title, winning the Tiffleberg Open (9/16) ... His first place finish at Tiffleberg was also his fastest time thus far in 2017 (25:14.8).
2017 Outdoor
Placed 5th in the 3000 meter with a time of 9:41.61 and finished the 5000 meter race with a time of 15:31.77 at the OAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships
2017 Indoor
Posted a season best in the mile with a time of 4:21.57, earning him a second place finish at the Ohio Athletic Conference Indoor Championships... Ran his best time in the 3000 meter with a 8:26, placing him 1st at the Ohio State College/University Tune-up Invitational in that event.
2016 Cross Country
Ran a 25:31.4 for 29th overall at the NCAA DIII Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championship...Came in 14th at the OAC Championship...Placed 51st at the All Ohio XC Championships...Placed 44th in 27:23.9 in the 8k at the Yellow Jacket Invite...Finished third at the Sudeck Sunset Classic Stampede on with a time of 20:00.0.
2016 Outdoor
At the OAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship, placed 2nd in the 5k with a Personal Best time of 15:16.57 and also had a PR in the 3k Steeplechase(9:41.5), where he placed 5th... Placed 3rd in the 5k at the All-Ohio DIII Outdoor Track & Field Championship.
2016 Indoor
At the OAC Indoor meet, placed 1st in the 3k, 3rd in the mile, and PR'd in the 1k (2:37.89) with a 7th place finish... At the DIII All-Ohio Track & Field Championships, his team placed 2nd in the DMR and 6th in the individual mile....Placed 1st in the mile... When JCU traveled to the SPIRE Midwest Indoor Track & Field Open, he beat the entire field in the 3k with a time of 8:40.37.
2015 Cross Country
Placed 29th with a time of 26:05.9 in the 8k at the DIII Great Lakes Region XC Championships...Placed 6th at the All Ohio Cross Country Championships, with a time of 25:28.1, which was his personal record in the 8k.
2015 Outdoor
Placed 13th in the 5k with a time of 15:37.65 in the DIII Outdoor Track and Filed Championship.
2015 Indoor
In the OAC North Split Meet, placed 11th in 9:17.23 in the 3k. At the Mid-February meet, he recorded a Personal Best in the 400 (57.8).
2014 Cross Country
Best times for the season include 20:38.6 in the 6k and 26:47.1 n the 8k...Placed 14th overall with a time of 27:52.2 at the OAC Championships... Placed 37th in the All Ohio Intercollegiate in the 8k with a time of 26:47.1.
