2017 Cross Country
Finished out her season with a stellar 22nd place finish at the Division III Great Lakes Regional Championships with a time of 23:02.9...Crossed the finish line in. 22:59.7 to receive 9th place at OAC Championships...With one of her strongest efforts, finished Inter-Regional Rumble in 22:29.3 to earn 6th overall...Finished 53rd at the All-Ohio Meet with a time of 24:29.2...Placed 13th overall at the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational.
2017 Outdoor
Finished 2nd in 3000-meter steeple chase at the OAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 11:05.15. She ran her best time in her career,10:58.59, in the 3000-meter steeple chase at the Bison Outdoor Classic...Won her first event of the year, the 5000-meter run, at the Muskie Duals with a time of 18:31.93.
2017 Indoor
Finished in the top-10 in 6 of the 8 events that she participated in. At the Ohio Athletic Conference Indoor Championships she finished 4th in the 5000-meter run with a time of 18:41.88. At the same venue she ran the 3000-meter run in 10:42.39, which earned her 8th place.
2016 Cross Country
Ended the season with a 45th place finish at the NCAA DIII Great Lakes Region XC Championship (23:06)... Finished in 9th place at the OAC Championship, while gaining a monstrous PR (22:31.6)...Ran a tremendous race at the Rowan University Border Battle, finishing 72 seconds faster than at the All Ohio Championship which resulted in a 12 second PR from the 2014 season (23:02.4)...Had a 79 second improvement at the All Ohio XC Championships from the Yellow Jacket Invite, where she finished in 24:13.
2016 Outdoor
In the eight events Cassie finished, she placed in the top 10 in each event ... Had an impressive OAC Outdoor Championship, achieving personal bests in both the 5k (18:44.29) and in the 3000S (11:23.84)...PR'd in the 1500m at the Mount Union-Homon Meet which was a 12 second personal record from the previous year...Took bronze in the 5k at the Dave Labor Invite...At the 2016 Adidas Winthrop University Invite, she won the silver in the 3000 Steeple.
2015-16 Indoor
Competed in seven events at five different meets, finishing in the top 10 in six of those races...At the OAC Indoor Championship, participated in the 5000m, where she raced across the finish line in 17th place and finished the 3K, knocking 4 seconds off her PR...... At the Kent State Tune Up, she finished in 8th in the 1k in a personal best time of 3:14.09...At the Joe Banks Invitational, she ran her first JCU 3k, placing 9th (10:56.89).
2015 Cross Country
Cassie competed in two races this XC season, starting at the Sudeck Sundown Classic in 18th ... At the Behrend Invitational, she raced across the line in 20:25, good for 9th place in the 3.1M event.
2015 Outdoor
The next week at the OAC Championship, her team placed 3rd in the 4x800 and 10th in the 1500m...At the 2015 Sparky Adams Invite, achieved her only personal record of the season, clocking in at 2:29.31in the 800, placing 7th.
2014-15 Indoor
Ended the season with twelve top 10 finishes...Competing in 14 events at seven meets ... At the OAC North Split Meet, her 4x4 team placed 5th, 2nd in the DMR, and also got a PR in the 500m (1:29.49), placing 5th she finished in 4th at the DMR and 8th in the mile, PRing in a time of 5:24.92.
2014 Cross Country
Made an impact right away as a freshman ... Fourth runner from JCU to cross at regionals navigating 6k course at 23:13.7 ... Placed 26th as a freshman at the OAC Championships with time of 25:36.15 ... Placed 64th at National Catholic Championship.
