Jeb Boudreaux enters his first season as Defensive Line coach with John Carroll Football in the 2023 season.

Boudreaux graduated from Stetson University, where he played linebacker and played on the special teams unit. He has also been Inducted into the Stetson University Football program’s Ring of Honor. 

Boudreaux served as the defensive line coach at Ithaca College for one year before working as a scouting assistant at the Reese’s Senior Bowl. 

Most recently, Boudreaux worked as an Assistant Director of Recruiting / Defensive Assistant at Air Force Academy.
