John Carroll University Athletics

Commences his second season as a graduate assistant for the Blue Streaks football program.  After overseeing the offensive line and tight ends last season, Nettling will move to the defensive side of the ball to help tutor the Blue Streaks' outside linebackers in 2011.  

As a player, the 2009 John Carroll graduate was highly regarded for his play on defense. As a senior, he earned first team All-OAC and second team All-Region accolades as an inside linebacker. He was also named the OAC's Most Outstanding Linebacker. Mike was a captain of the 2008 team, earning four letters and starting three seasons for the Blue Streaks.
