Biography

Is in his second year of NCAA eligibility after sitting out the 2009 season ... will look for playing time as a linebacker, one of the more veteran positions on this year's squad.

High School
As a senior, was second on the team at Brother Rice with 8.1 tackles per game ... recorded three sacks, one safety and one interception his senior year ... had his best games in a 14-6 loss to Cincinnati Archbishop Moeller where he recorded 13 tackles and against Catholic Central (Novi, MI) where he recorded nine tackles and one safety.

Academic and Personal
Is an Education major with a concentration in Mathematics ... is the son of Susan and Kenneth Carlson.
