John Carroll University Athletics

Dom Mittiga enters his second season as the graduate assistant for the John Carroll University basketball program for the 2020-21 season after spending four years on the diamond as a JCU baseball player. He is currently pursuing his master's degree in business administration. 

A four-year starter for the JCU baseball team, Mittiga’s career was filled with honors, earning three First Team All-OAC awards and a selection to the All-Region team in 2018. He finished his career with a .328 batting average in 151 games played. 

Mittiga graduated in the spring of 2019 with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Business and Biology. Prior to college, he spent four years on the basketball team for Walsh Jesuit High School in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, so he is excited to be returning the basketball court this season.
