Former John Carroll University men's basketball letterman Jordan Murphy will remain with the program as a volunteer assistant for the 2014-15 season.
Murphy, a three-year letterman, saw action in 52 games. He logged 16 starts during the 2013-14 season and would average 3.1 points and 3.0 rebounds. For his career, Murphy averaged 3.1 points and 2.5 rebounds.
He scored a career-high 14 points against Otterbein during the 2013-14 season.
Murphy graduated with a degree in communications from JCU in May and is currently enrolled in graduate school.
