Luke Hippler '21 enters his first year as the graduate assistant for Men's Basketball in the 2021-22 academic year.
Hippler returns to John Carroll after a great collegiate career with the Blue Streaks. A 4-year forward for JCU, Hippler won an OAC Championship as a freshman in 2018. Over his career in University Heights, the Westerville native played in 80 games, starting 26. The St. Francis de Sales grad averaged 5.9 points per game and 4.2 rebounds per game, adding 58 bloccks and 57 steals.
Hippler graduated with a Finance degree from JCU in May 2021. Hippler will pursue his MBA while he serves as the team's GA.
