- Defeated Marietta in #1 singles play (6-2, 6-3) and #1 doubles play (8-4) (3/24)
- Was successful against Baldwin Wallace (4/3) and Mount Union (4/10, 5/3) at the #1 singles spot
- With teammate Andy Siciliano, Sinese prevailed over Ohio Northern's top doubles duo, 8-6, to give JCU a 2-1 advantage heading into singles play (4/27)

- Won his first round singles match at the ITA Regionals held in Kalamazoo, Michigan
- Won his #3 singles and #1 doubles matches against Coe College
-  Earned wins in the #3 singles slot and the #1 doubles match with partner Jad Abdul-Aal in a win against Marian University - Indiana
- Â Teamed with Abdul-Aal and won #1 doubles against Baldwin Wallace (4/2)
- Took care of business in a straight set #3 singles victory vs. Rochester (4/2)
- Tallied another singles win against Oneonta (4/2).Â
2015-16
- 20-7 doubles play record that has helped JCU to the conference championship and to get to the NCAA Div. III Tournament
- Final singles record was 11-14, 6-1 in OAC play
- Played 21 matches at first doubles and 21 total matches at first singles
- Â Finished with a 13-1 OAC record between both singles and doubles events
- Â Teamed with Jad Abdul-Aal in doubles play all season long
- Dominating play earned the freshman First Team All-OAC honors.

- Helped Marquette University High School to three Wisconsin State Championships
