This Junior will look to utilize his big meet experience to help the Blue Streaks capture an OAC title this fall.

2015 Outdoor
Picked up where he left off after his Indoor campaign ... Started the season out by winning the Amy Adams Invitational with a McConagha stadium record time (15:09.81) ... Ran a personal best in the 10k at the Bison Outdoor Classic (31:30.29) ... Narrowly missed All-OAC honors by finishing fourth in the 10k (31:43.43)

2014-15 Indoor
Highly successful indoor campaign ... Placed third at OAC North Split Meet in 3k (8:53.61) ... Earned All-Ohio honors in the 3k, finishing as runner-up at the All-Ohio Championships (15:23.06) ... Earned All-OAC honors by finishing third in the 5k (15:17.32) at OAC Championships while also placing sixth in the 3k (8:53.13), earning valuable points for the Blue Streaks ... Ran a season best 4:28.94 at Kent State Tune-up, good for 28th

2014 Cross Country
One of JCU's top seven runners ... Helped the program to its first-ever All-Ohio title ... Placed 23rd at 26:25.49 and was fourth Blue Streak to cross ... Time of 25:03.5 was good for 37th at Pre-Nationals ... Finished 73rd in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

2014 Outdoor
Time of 16:00.83 was good four fourth in the 5k at the SRU Open ... Had top 10 finishes in the 10k at the All-Ohio Championship and the OAC Outdoor Championship.

2013-14 Indoor
Placed fifth in the 3k at the Bob Shannon Invitational clocking in at 9:10.05 ... Added a seventh-place showing at the OAC North Split Meet in the 5k.

2013 Cross Country
Exploded on the scene with a 21st-place finish at season-opening Bill Sudeck Memorial crossing at 20:56.44 ... Finished 16th at the Ric Sayre Invitational ... Ran a 27:32 at the OAC Championship and a 27:42.5 at the National Catholic Championships.

High School
Prepped for Rick Lyons at Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy ... Two-time state qualifier in cross country ... Three-time first team All-Conference in both cross country and track and field ... Received National Merit Scholarship and graduated with 3.5 GPA.
