Freshman from Garfield Heights Trinity (OH) High School will look to carry momentum from a decorated high school career into the OAC this season.
High School
Was a state qualifier in 2010 ... Second team All-Conference in 2009 and 2010 ... Also ran track, qualifying for states in several events ... Finished second in 4x800, third in 4x400, and 12th in 400 as a senior while earning first team All-Conference honors ... Finished eighth in the state in the 4x800 in 2010 ... Won an indoor track State Title in the 4x800 in 2010 and finished second in 2011 ... Also placed third in the 4x400 in 2011.

Intends to major in Finance at JCU … 4.28 GPA in high school … Finished second academically in senior class ... National Honor Society member ... Involved in Marching Band and Wind Ensemble ... Son of Mike and Heidi Morel.
